At Vedhas Jewels, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery procedures.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders all across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@vedhasjewels.in.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customized/pre-order items may take longer, and we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We ship via reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post) for reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days (additional charges apply).
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Our Shipping will be flexible,
- It depends on the Order Value and the Shipping Location (exact amount will be shown at checkout).
5. Prepaid Orders Only
We accept only prepaid orders (via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available to ensure faster processing and delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number.
A link to track your order on the courier’s website.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returns
Incorrect Address: If the address is wrong/unreachable, the order may be returned. Contact us within 24 hours to update details (reshipping charges may apply).
Unclaimed Orders: If undelivered after multiple attempts, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed.
8. Lost/Damaged Orders
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with order details + images/video proof at support@vedhasjewels.in.
We’ll assist with replacements/refunds (subject to investigation).
